Included in the monthly price, because a website that nobody maintains becomes a liability within about two years.
What's included
Hosting, SSL, security updates, uptime monitoring, and an admin login so you can update your own text, photos, hours, and prices whenever you like — from a phone, at any hour, without waiting on us.
Where we come in
On the $149 plan we'll also make changes for you, a couple a month. New pages, design changes, and anything structural get quoted before we start, never after. The admin edits content; it can't break the layout, so you can't get it wrong.
Why sites rot
The typical contractor site is a WordPress install with a dozen plugins that stopped receiving updates. Ours have no plugins and no database, so there's a much smaller surface for anything to go wrong on.
